We are open  on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9AM to 3 PM   
and Wednesdays from 9AM to 5.30PM

In order for the State archive in Plock to respond to your email request for information, we ask you to provide the following information. 

This information is required in accordance with the Kodeks Postępowania Adminitracyjnego (The Code of Administrative Procedure). 

We will process your request upon receipt of the following client information: 

- clients first name
- clients last name
- clients full postal address including country, zip code, city, street and street number
- a short description of the reason for your request.
